Is dedicated to enhancing the athletic performance of Tactical Athletes through performance-based, goal-oriented training for today’s personnel. Our in-person or online coaching program focuses on all the fundamentals needed to enhance performance on the job, in life, and on the platform. We take a preventative and job readiness approach to optimizing the physical capacity of the Tactical Athletes to address any potential injuries and improve longevity on the job.

 We provide professional strength, condition, and rehabilitation service to Firefighters, Law enforcement, Police, Military, and Occupational personnel. Our scientific-based program is designed to encourage athleticism and create a more physical ROBUST TACTICAL ATHLETE.

Adaptable programming

Strength is the foundation of athletic performance and prime focus of ROBUST TACTICAL PERFORMANCE. It emphasizes a hybrid approach to training, functional training with heavy traditional barbell and dumbbell exercises in conjunction with strongman lifts and endurance-based thoroughly develop the tactical athlete.

In addition to full-body strength, we use scientific-based pre-rehabilitation and injury prevention protocols to reduce the risks associated with tactical athletes – the shoulders, hips, and especially the lower back associated with overload stresses and environment.
